It explains how we handle personal information when you browse aerofoils.com, chat with us, send us an inquiry or sign up for our newsletter. 1. What We Collect and Why

• Contact details and inquiries. When you use a form on aerofoils.com, for example to ask for a quote, book a consultation, ask to be notified about availability or contact us, we collect your name, email address, your country or state, your message and, if you configured a product, your configuration. A phone number is optional. We use this information to answer you. Our forms are provided by HubSpot.
• Newsletter. If you sign up, we use your email address to send you our newsletter until you unsubscribe.
• Chat. If you use our chat, we receive your messages and any details you share in them. The chat is provided by Userlike.
• Device and usage information. When you visit aerofoils.com, we and our partners collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view and how you interact with them, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 3). We use your approximate location, derived from your IP address, to show you the right region, prices and contacts.

We keep inquiry and chat data as long as we need it to answer you and for follow-up questions, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and cookie data for the periods shown in our privacy settings. We do not sell your personal information for money.

2. Sharing With Aerofoils USA Inc.

Sales in the United States are made by our affiliate Aerofoils USA Inc., 3 West Main Street #102A, Irvington, NY 10533. If you send us an inquiry from the United States, we pass it to Aerofoils USA Inc. so that it can advise you and make you an offer. Aerofoils USA Inc. uses your information as described in its Shop Privacy Policy. We also share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as HubSpot (forms and customer relationship management), Userlike (chat), Shopify (website hosting) and our consent management provider, and with advertising and analytics partners as described in section 3. Your information is processed in Germany, the European Union and the United States.

3. Cookies, Pixels, Chat and Session Recording

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site (for example your cart), to understand how it is used (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar, which record how visitors move through pages) and for advertising (such as the Meta Pixel, Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag). Our chat is provided by Userlike, which stores chat messages on our behalf. Third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can turn off advertising and analytics technologies at any time, as described on our Your Privacy Choices page.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the state where you live, you have the right to:

5. How to Use Your Rights

To opt out, use our Your Privacy Choices page; no verification is needed. For all other requests, email info@aerofoils.de. We verify your identity by matching details you give us with our records, such as your email address. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission. We respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need up to 45 more days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing info@aerofoils.de with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we answer within the time your state's law requires. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact your state attorney general.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you about material changes by email or on this site.
