What is an eFoil?

An eFoil is an electric surfboard with a hydrofoil wing on the underside that lifts the rider above the water's surface using an electric motor. Once enough speed is reached, the wing's lift raises the board out of the water - you glide silently above the surface, almost without waves. Speed is controlled via a wireless handheld remote.

How fast does an Aerofoils eFoil go?

Aerofoils eFoils reach a top speed of up to 55 km/h depending on the setup, with a typical cruising speed of around 25 km/h. Actual speed depends on rider weight, weather conditions, ride height, and wing configuration. Speed can be adjusted individually and safely via the remote's power levels.

How long does the battery last?

Aerofoils offers two battery options: the Endurance Battery for up to 2 hours of ride time, and the Light Battery for up to 1 hour. Actual duration depends on a variety of conditions, including rider weight, riding style, speed, and weather conditions.

No prior experience is needed. While any background in water sports can help you progress faster, it is absolutely not necessary. eFoiling is designed to be accessible. Most riders get their first flight within just a few hours, regardless of their experience level.
