These Terms of Use apply when you visit aerofoils.com from the United States (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Aerofoils GmbH, Brauneckweg 14, 85748 Garching, Germany ("Aerofoils", "we", "us"). Purchases for delivery in the United States are made from Aerofoils USA Inc. on us.aerofoils.com under its Terms of Sale. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

3. Customer Accounts

Customer accounts for US orders are provided by Aerofoils USA Inc. on us.aerofoils.com under its own terms.

All content on the Site, including text, photos, videos, product designs and the Aerofoils name and logo, belongs to us, our affiliated companies or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

We work to describe our products accurately. Range, speed and riding time depend on rider weight, water and weather conditions and riding style, so actual results vary. Colors may look slightly different on screen. Specifications may change as we improve our products.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to services run by others, such as payment providers, booking tools and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Copyright Complaints
